personal statement

Trauma is an interesting part of life, you are not expecting it, and you barely understand it. Now you are forced to deal with it. I have experienced enough trauma, Grief and Loss, sadness, and Depression to last a lifetime, from childhood issues to adult issues. However, I had to build a team; you would call this team a support system, you want to build your (Team) Support system, and you are not alone. It is easy to fight your battles alone and to suffer in silence. I want you to know that you do not have to.

Areas Of Focus: Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Behavioral Disorders, PTSD, Parenting, Psychosis, and Childhood/Adult Trauma, and Personality issues, such as Passive aggression.
