AAPI Heritage Month

It’s important to remember that in addition to National Mental Health Awareness Month, May is also Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Educating ourselves on AAPI history and celebrating the extensive contributions AAPI communities make to our daily lives are steps we can take to combat Anti-Asian violence. We need take action. While there’s been a spike in Anti-Asian hate over the past year, violence and discrimination against AAPI communities isn’t new.
