Keith approaches therapy from an empathic and relevant place that provides clients with solutions for the problems we face in life. Keith desires to see people of color receive quality therapy in a safe space. People of color deserve the freedom to heal and receive the love, support, and unique understanding required to provide life transforming therapy to people of color.

As such, Keith, along with his wife, established Thrive PCRD, LLC., in 2017. Through this organization, Keith and his spouse provide premarital counseling, individual counseling, marriage, family and couples counseling, as well as mentorship and life coaching.

personal statement

BE YOU, DISCOVER YOU, AND LOVE THE HELL OUT OF YOURSELF. There is such beauty, power, resilience and strength in who you are. And believe me, I know, from the moment we are pushed into this world, life throws at us, and usually at the worst times, any and everything to try and convince us we are not fearfully and wonderfully made individuals.

Life is messy, we as people are complex, so let’s navigate COLLABORITAVELY (pun intended…LOL) the journey through your soul together. I am here to stand, sit, cry, laugh, encourage, and guide you through the bravest decision you will ever make; the decision to FULLY LOVE YOURSELF.

I am an MFT candidate with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, PREPARE and ENRICH certified with 18 years of counseling and mentorship experience. My desire is to see people of color receive healing from the inter and multi-generational trauma and brokenness that has plagued our communities; in turn creating the appropriate and necessary paradigm shift towards behavioral health and therapy.

So whether you are needing help with relationship issues in your family or wanting individual counseling, I look forward to connecting with you.
